1 OUR CONTRACT
Your order is an offer to us at Crios to buy product(s) as detailed in your order confirmation. We only accept your offer, and will conclude the ‘contract of sale’ for product(s) ordered by you, when we have dispatched the product(s) to you and have also sent an e-mail confirmation to you stating we've dispatched the product(s) to you. Your right of withdrawal will not be affected if you cancel your order for a product at any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail relating to that product.
We accept payment by Paypal, bank transfer, cheque drawn on a British bank, postal order, or credit/debit card over the phone. We do not accept international money orders or payment in any other currency other than British Pounds Sterling.
To pay by cheque or postal order: choose the "OTHER" payment option and post your payment to us along with your order reference number. Please ensure your payment reaches us within 10 days of placing your order.If your payment takes longer than 10 days to reach us we cannot guarantee availability of the items in your order.

For international orders we can only accept payment via Paypal.
3 SHIPPING & HANDLING
All UK orders will be delivered at a rate of £2.90 per order using a standard second class postal service. This service does not include compensation for loss or damage, and Crios will accept no responsibility for loss or damage on this service. An optional "Signed For" service is available at checkout at an additional flat rate of £1.60 per order.
For a signed for service please choose the option to add a signed for service for an additional £1.60.
For guaranteedNEXT DAY delivery please choose the option to add the NEXT DAY service for an additional £7.10
International orders are sent via the International Signed For service, with the cost of postage calculated on the weight and Royal Mail delivery zone. When checking out, please choose the "Payment by Post" option and email [email protected] with your paypal email address and order number. We will calculate your delivery charge and send a paypal invoice to that address.
Orders will normally be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Orders paid for by credit or debit card will be processed as soon as the card details have been authorised. We will wait for cheques to clear before shipping the order. If any delay in shipping is anticipated we will notify you by email.
In the unlikely event that you may need to return goods Crios will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the returned item. All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
Before returning any item please contact [email protected] with details of the item and reason for return, along with a copy of the original order. No refund will be made without a copy of the original order. All returns must be sent back using a recorded delivery service. Crios cannot accept responsibility for any items not received if a recorded service is not used.
Crios cannot accept returns of body piercing jewellery that has been worn due to hygiene risks.
If Crios is out of stock of any item returned, there may be a delay of up to 28 days in shipping of a replacement.
5 PRICING & AVAILABILITY
We have stock monitoring software in place which will prevent orders being placed for out-of-stock items. If two orders are placed simultaneously there is a slight chance an order for an out-of stock item will be accepted by the software. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order have become unavailable and inform you when we anticipate the item(s) being back in stock. You will then have the option to keep the item on back-order or to cancel and re-order at a later stage.
Please note that unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. We will verify pricing when processing your order and again before we take payment. If we have made a mistake and a product's correct price is higher than the price on the website, we may either contact you before shipping to request whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount before sending you the product.
6 PRODUCT INFORMATION
While we work to ensure that product information on our website is correct, actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information to that displayed on our website. All information about the products on our website is provided for information purposes only. We recommend that you do not rely solely on the information presented on our website. Please always read labels, warnings and directions if provided with the product before use.
When ordering products from Crios for delivery outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Crios, you are considered the importer and therefore must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products.
8 OUR LIABILITY
Crios will not be responsible for (i) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or (ii) any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or (iii) any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when the contract for the sale of products by us to you was formed.
The laws of some countries do not allow some or all of the limitations described above. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you and you might have additional rights.
Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes our responsibility for fraudulent representations made by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your right to have the products sent to you within a reasonable time. If the delay occurs before the products are dispatched, we will not charge you for the products until they are dispatched and you may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
9 AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and terms and conditions, including these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those terms and conditions, policies or these Conditions of Sale is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it may apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these Conditions of Sale is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Terms and Conditions.
